What is the return policy?
Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or sizing. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — all sales are final, with the exception of items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, which are covered under our return policy above.
When will I get my order?
We currently ship within Ghana only. Once your order is placed, production takes up to 2 business days, and your order is shipped and delivered on day 3.
How much does shipping cost?
A flat delivery fee applies to every order, shown at checkout before you pay — no hidden costs.
